First of all, we need to understand that people who are working in this industry, most of
 us who are immigrants, we have no documentation to work legally in this country.
 That's the first thing we need to know about it.

 "illegal" because that's not the word, it's just people with no documents to work in this
 country.

 And so knowing that, that they know that we are here working in this situation, they take
 advantage of that situation on us, these companies, they know that and they know that they can
 pay us less and less and also because there are many immigrants coming, there are more
 people working in this industry, so basically they know they can make a big amount of profit.
 So all the things I've been telling you about these wages that we are making, we need to
 fight with those wages, but also with the risks that were always happening with the
 cars is the most difficult thing or the big trucks that are beside us, but sometimes they
 don't respect the lines from the bicycle and basically many of them, they just do it in
 purpose that they put in the car, like in the way that they're not supposed to be just
 and shouting out like bad things, you know.

 Some days you can make more, but it's very rare to do that and that's the difficulty
 about this job because you need to rush and fight against time because they don't pay
 us by time, they pay us by order.

 order, but that varies because there is an algorithm in the app and basically depending

 and those orders, but that's a trick because if you take that order, for example, I say
 mate, there is nothing, I've been waiting an hour for an order so I need to take it,
 and even if they pay me bad money, you take it, the algorithm starts to use that pattern
 and they start to pay you less and less and less and less all the time, so basically about
 that you need to reject many orders until the algorithm starts to put you more fair
 money to you and you start to playing with that algorithm, so it's difficult because
 sometimes you're waiting one hour, mate, there is nothing, there are many riders now, before
 it was not like that, it's like a competition, capitalist thing, you know.
